To submit a ticket you must fill out the new request form.

Go to the new request page: Submit a request – EBM Software

Fill out the form

Email address: Enter your email address.

What do you need help with? select the best available option from the list.

Product: Select the best available option from the list.

Diligent or Diligent area: Choose the specific page from the product you’re working on.

Website or page address: Paste the URL to your Diligent or Diligent website URL.

Priority: Urgent, High, Normal, Low.

Subject: Give your request a brief title or subject.

Description: Main body of the request, include all relevant details.

Attachments: Attach any relevant documents or files. Try to always include the file in question or a link to it, as well as screenshots or recordings of the issue.

Click Submit.

You’ll receive a confirmation email informing you we’ve received your request. You can reply to that email to communicate about this matter.
