How do I reset or change my password?

Forgetting your password is a problem as old as is the internet. Luckily, we've made resetting your password an easy task that you can do yourself. 

1. On the Diligent login page, enter your email address and click the "Forgot your password?" link.
2. As soon as you do, our system will send you a temporary password which will remain valid for 24 hours. Double check your spam folder if you don't see the email right away.
3. Go back to the login screen and paste your temporary password.
4. As soon as you login you'll be prompted to set up a new permanent password. 

Changing your password

In addition, you can change your password at any time. To do so, once you're logged into Diligent, click the dropdown arrow at the top right next to your name and then select Change Password.
